CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes things come up, but all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be subjected to the No-Show/Late Cancellation policy.

• If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment then you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

• No-Show for an appointment will charged 100% of your service appointment cost.

  • No-Show clients will be required to pre-pay to hold any future appointments.

  • All new PMU bookings will require a $100 non refundable deposit. Deposit will be invoiced and payed at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the remaining balance of your service at your initial appointment.

  • AOB Medical clients will incur a $50 non refundable fee if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or no showed.

    By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the cost of your service. 

 We as service providers book out large sums of time to give you the best service possible so we kindly ask that you respect that. We understand emergencies happen so in such cases we just ask that you let us know so we can work with you.

• No refunds will be given for any services rendered or products sold in store or online.

  CHILD POLICY

• Due to the nature of our work we please ask that you do not bring young children in with you to your appointment.
